Product Safety & Collector Use Notice

PURPOSE

Ironwall Engraving creates laser-engraved collector accessories, trading card binders, PSA-style display items, personalized keepsakes, gifts, and custom engraving projects. This notice explains basic safety, care, and use expectations for our products.

COLLECTOR ACCESSORIES; NOT TOYS

Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, Ironwall Engraving products are collector accessories, display items, storage accessories, keepsakes, or gift items.

They are not toys and are not intended for children under 13.

Keep products and packaging away from young children and pets. Some items may include small parts, acrylic pieces, wood pieces, magnets, hinges, hardware, cords, adhesives, packaging materials, sharp edges, or other components that may present choking, ingestion, pinching, cutting, suffocation, or other hazards if misused.

ADULT SUPERVISION

Products should be handled, installed, displayed, or stored responsibly. If minors handle the products, a responsible adult should supervise use.

Do not allow children or pets to chew, mouth, throw, climb on, sleep with, or misuse the products.

INTENDED USE

Use each product only for its intended purpose as described on the product page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are not designed for:

• Food contact.
• Baby or toddler use.
• Pet use.
• Outdoor exposure.
• Wet or high-humidity environments.
• High-heat environments.
• Structural support.
• Climbing, sitting, standing, hanging body weight, or load-bearing use.
• Weapon modification or regulated-goods use.
• Use as protective safety equipment.

DISPLAY AND STORAGE ITEMS

Display stands, frames, cases, binder accessories, and collector storage items are intended for ordinary display or storage use only.

They do not guarantee protection against every type of card, slab, collectible, sleeve, binder, environmental, water, impact, heat, UV, bending, humidity, dust, or handling damage.

Always handle valuable cards, slabs, collectibles, and keepsakes carefully. Use appropriate sleeves, cases, storage methods, and environmental controls for valuable collectibles.

WALL-MOUNTED OR HANGING ITEMS

If a product is designed to hang on a wall, you are responsible for using proper mounting hardware, anchors, wall type, installation method, and weight support unless the product page states otherwise.

Improper installation can cause property damage or injury. If you are unsure how to install an item safely, consult a qualified installer.

Do not hang products above beds, cribs, seating areas, walkways, pets, children, fragile items, or other areas where a falling object could cause injury or damage.

MAGNETS, HARDWARE, AND SMALL PARTS

Some products may include magnets, screws, hinges, brackets, clips, rings, fasteners, adhesives, or other hardware.

Keep magnets and small parts away from young children and pets. Swallowed magnets or small parts can be dangerous. Do not use products if hardware is loose, cracked, broken, or missing.

MATERIALS AND NATURAL VARIATION

Products may use wood, acrylic, metal hardware, adhesives, finishes, coatings, or other materials. Natural and handmade variation may occur, including differences in grain, texture, color, engraving tone, small surface marks, or finish appearance.

Minor variation is normal and is not necessarily a defect.

CARE AND CLEANING

Unless a product page says otherwise:

• Keep products dry.
• Avoid soaking, dishwashers, harsh cleaners, solvents, alcohol, abrasive pads, or strong chemicals.
• Avoid excessive heat, direct flame, long-term direct sunlight, and high humidity.
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Do not bend, force, drop, overload, or modify products.

Damage from improper cleaning, misuse, modification, moisture, heat, pets, children, or accidents may not be covered by refunds or replacements.

ACRYLIC, WOOD, AND ENGRAVED SURFACES

Acrylic can scratch, crack, or chip if dropped, bent, over-tightened, exposed to stress, or cleaned with harsh chemicals.

Wood can expand, contract, warp, dent, darken, lighten, or change appearance with moisture, heat, sunlight, and time.

Engraved surfaces can wear if rubbed, scraped, soaked, cleaned harshly, or exposed to rough handling.

CUSTOM AND CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED DESIGNS

Customer-selected designs, logos, artwork, phrases, sizes, layout choices, and custom specifications may affect product appearance and usability. If you have safety concerns about a custom design, contact us before placing the order.

We may refuse or modify custom requests that appear unsafe, structurally unsuitable, incompatible with the material, or inconsistent with product safety expectations.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Do not use a product if it arrives cracked, broken, loose, sharp, unstable, missing hardware, or otherwise unsafe.

Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery and include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

PRODUCT CHANGES AND SAFETY UPDATES

We may change materials, finishes, hardware, construction methods, product descriptions, safety notices, or care instructions over time.

If we become aware of a safety issue affecting a product, we may contact affected customers where practical and appropriate.
