Custom binder questions
How do I personalize and order a binder?
Choose an available color, upload the artwork or wording you want engraved, and select your quantity. Add your binder to the cart, then verify your email and pay at checkout. You can include store products in the same order.
What artwork files can I upload?
Upload one PNG, JPEG, WebP, SVG, or PDF file, up to 10 MB. Include the artwork or wording you want engraved in your file. Use artwork you own or have permission to use.
What happens after payment?
Ironwall reviews the uploaded design after payment. When the shop approves your design, you receive an email saying it is entering production. You receive another email when the order ships.
Can I order more than one color or design?
Yes. Add each color or design as a separate custom item. The quantity available for each color is shown above; choose your quantity before adding that item to the cart.
