Copyright & Trademark Complaints

PURPOSE

Ironwall Engraving respects intellectual-property rights and expects customers to submit only content they own or are authorized to use.

This policy explains how rights owners may report copyright, trademark, publicity-right, or similar complaints involving content, product listings, photos, custom designs, or materials on the Ironwall Engraving website.

INDEPENDENT BUSINESS; NO IMPLIED AFFILIATION

Ironwall Engraving is an independent custom engraving business. Unless expressly stated in writing, our products are not licensed, sponsored, endorsed, manufactured, approved, or affiliated with any trading card company, game publisher, entertainment brand, sports league, grading company, card manufacturer, artist, retailer, trademark owner, copyright owner, or other third party.

BEFORE SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT

Please make sure your complaint is accurate. Misrepresenting infringement may have legal consequences. If you are unsure whether content is infringing, authorized, licensed, fair use, nominative use, descriptive use, or otherwise legally permitted, consult an attorney before sending a complaint.

HOW TO SUBMIT A COPYRIGHT COMPLAINT

To report alleged copyright infringement, send an email to contact@ironwallengraving.com with the subject line "Copyright Complaint" and include:

  • Your full legal name and company name, if applicable.
  • Your mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The URL, product name, image, listing, or specific location of the material you claim is infringing.
  • A statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

HOW TO SUBMIT A TRADEMARK OR BRAND COMPLAINT

To report alleged trademark infringement, counterfeit goods, false affiliation, or misuse of a brand, send an email to contact@ironwallengraving.com with the subject line "Trademark Complaint" and include:

  • Your full legal name and company name, if applicable.
  • Your mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • The trademark, logo, brand name, trade dress, or other mark involved.
  • Registration number, jurisdiction, or other ownership details if available.
  • The URL, product name, image, listing, or specific location of the material you claim is infringing.
  • A short explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized, confusing, counterfeit, or otherwise improper.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the trademark owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

PUBLICITY, PRIVACY, OR LIKENESS COMPLAINTS

To report unauthorized use of a person's name, image, likeness, signature, private information, or other personal-rights issue, send an email to contact@ironwallengraving.com with the subject line "Rights Complaint" and include:

  • Your full legal name.
  • Your relationship to the person whose rights are involved.
  • Your contact information.
  • The URL, product name, image, listing, or specific location of the material.
  • A short explanation of the issue.
  • Proof that you are the person involved or authorized to act for that person, if applicable.

OUR RESPONSE

After receiving a complaint, we may:

  • Remove, hide, disable, or modify the content.
  • Contact the customer or submitter for additional information or proof of authorization.
  • Cancel or pause a custom order.
  • Preserve records related to the complaint.
  • Decline to take action if the complaint is incomplete or does not provide enough information.
  • Take other action we believe is appropriate under the circumstances.

We do not guarantee that every complaint will result in removal. We may be unable to make a legal determination in private disputes.

COUNTER-NOTICES AND DISPUTES

If content you submitted is removed because of a copyright complaint, you may contact us if you believe the complaint was mistaken or you have authorization to use the content.

This page is currently used as a general copyright and trademark complaint-intake process. We do not claim that this page creates a formal DMCA safe-harbor or registered-agent process.

REPEAT OR ABUSIVE SUBMISSIONS

Customers or users who repeatedly submit infringing, unauthorized, counterfeit, unlawful, or disputed content may be blocked from future orders or site use.

This policy is currently used for general copyright and trademark complaint intake only.

Ironwall Engraving has not published registered DMCA designated-agent contact fields on this page.
